The Race Against Gun Violence (RAGV) celebrates the life-changing work of community organizations and provides a dynamic platform for people who care about ending gun violence to connect and get involved.
This year, the 8th Annual Race Against Gun Violence returns to Grant Park on September 23 after going virtual in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. A virtual option will still be available to those who are unable to attend in person.
RAGV offers a one-of-a-kind opportunity to Choose Hope and join others who share the common vision of a Chicago free from the fear of gun violence. 100% of charitable contributions go directly to nonprofit organizations dedicated to ending gun violence.
The 8th Annual Race Against Gun Violence offers a full range of interactive, digital marketing benefits as well as a one-of-a kind experience for civic and employee engagement. The 2020 Virtual Race Against Gun Violence brought together a diverse group of active and passionate individuals representing 362 zip codes and 30 states, and more than 100 civic, corporate, and nonprofit partners who share the goal of saving lives and building a safer Chicago. The race also includes a number of turnkey corporate social responsibility opportunities to engage employees in health and wellness activities, community service and charitable giving.
We welcome the opportunity to explore how the race aligns with your organization’s employee engagement and marketing goals.
